Oh Noah....
Okay- so Friday was not a great mommy day at our house and Noah is old enough to tread lightly on those days.. and after I had been ranting about being tired of the mess, and tired of the crying, and just tired in general Noah comes out with, "Some parents shouldn't have children." Yeah, you can imagine how that made me feel- especially because it was more an observation than criticism. "Then he said, well maybe their kids should just stay babies..". I said, "Oh, Noah- you don't know how happy I am that you are a big kid, and such a help to mommy. I love that you are big.." He smiled but I still felt awful...

That made me laugh out loud- I"m loving getting to know your kids through your blog! I hope you're hanging in there... I'm not to far if you ever wanted a break or just someone to help clean. Just let me know- I mean it! I am borderline OCD :)
He is WAY too smart for his own good! Noah is totally the child of "one liners." He is HILARIOUS...the things he comes up with!
i love that. i hope he is feeling better and that no one else is feeling crappy. he was so funny on friday. he said, "my mommy said you weren't coming for a playdate but i told her you were and i was right. i knew you were coming because you said you were." boy am i glad we made it (late) but we made it so i didn't totally blow any sense of dignity!
I can relate to that feeling! When you are having the worst day and your kids ask you why you hate them? Our poor kids! Hopefully they won't remember all the bad days-just the good ones.
