Karen and Jerry bought Elliot a bike for her birthday. She was ready to go ride it right then and there- wanted to change out of her pajamas.. It was so cute! We will have to practice before it gets too hot here.
Colin wanted me to blog this because it was so sweet, when we got to St. George for Easter, Noah was asleep and so because we had five sleeping kids to carry in (Kristie had Taylor) grandpa Jerry got Noah out. Noah, half asleep, said, "Grandpa, I am really sorry that your dad died." Jerry 's dad passed away a couple of weeks ago, and we hadn't really talked about it with Noah, but he somehow made a mental note of it and wanted to tell grandpa that. He does have a sweet heart under that rascally exterior..
Some additional Pictures from California-
My parents have a fountain out front- NOT A DRINKING FOUNTAIN! But Rowan seemed to think it was.. SICK! If she wasn't drinking from it, she was trying to climb IN IT.
In the backyard they have a little waterfall that my sister bought some water turtles for. They are cute but keep disappearing (the neighbor about 6 houses down found one in Their backyard while we were there..) and now we really don't want the kids to get in the water. Here is Ellie pointing to one in the water.. They look like Tuck from the Wonderpets..
I need to get my Bumbo seat back from Kristie- and I didn't bring the bouncer (I was lucky to get their clothes packed and all the kids in the car) so when we needed to put Liam somewhere, we trapped him in the highchair- until he would slump and start sucking on the side of the tray.. He loved it- his hand is blurry from waving it..
Noah later told me, "I really missed daddy while we were in California." Then he said, "I REALLY love grandma Susie's house, but I love my daddy more." Later he told my aunt,"my grandma Susie is little. I'll be bigger then her when I am like 10 or 11- but I'll still love her though.."

Ok, a few things. . . first of all your kids are soooo so cute. I especially love that smiley picture of Liam.
Secondly, thanks for letting me hold Liam this past Saturday. Not a big deal to you, I'm sure, but a big deal to me. It felt so good to hold a little baby. He is precious.
Thirdly, THANK YOOOOOOOOU for understanding the food nazi thing. You totally got it right. I love the reasoning, and it is SOOOO true. Back off Jack!!! Those are MY low-fat cookies! :)
Dang, you have cute kids, Jaime!!! :)
the bumbo is the best thing ever. nya likes to sit in hers on the counter so that she can see what we are doing in the kitchen. again can i say how skinny you are??? SUPER good looking especially with all those babies. one of these days if you want to do a super walk or something, call me. i'll go. i'll take the wagon or the double stroller. p.s. i am not shocked that noah is such a tender kid. i've always thought so.
That picture of Liam is so cute and Rowan looks so grown up! Love the flower in her hair by the way!
You can totally borrow my Bumbo seat if you want...it is just hanging out in a closet! Cutest picture ever of Liam in the high chair (though I already told you that last night :).)I can't believe how big and mature Ro-Ro looks next to Brookie...maybe it's the younger sibling thing???
Slymer, sorry I missed ya in HB. I wanted to see all your kiddies! When are you coming back? Your kids are so cute!!
That Noah always makes me just laugh and laugh. He, along with all the kids, are definitely a keeper. I love reading about your fam!
