Easter

Dying Easter Eggs-
IT was too funny, so I tried to write down random comments Noah said while dying Easter Eggs.. "This is Bloody Brilliant!" and "We are going to diagon my alley!" (he has been watching Harry Potter) . Other comments were "Lets diagram that egg!", and "It is a color charade" . I am not even sure what that means, but for those of you who know Noah... seriously, he never stops.. Notice the absence of Rowan.. there is NO WAY we could have dyed eggs with her awake..
Grandpa Easter Bunny
My dad got talked into dressing up as the Easter bunny for their ward party- the only problem, they forgot the head! So they substituted with these lovely blue ears.. at least the kids weren't traumatized by a giant rabbit they had to take pictures with...

Noah was first in line to take a picture with the Easter Bunny. Ellie was about the last even though she knew it was grandpa.. doesn't really like anything weird.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Prices backyard
We waited until Erin and her kids came to do the Easter egg hunt. There were a ton of eggs and the kids had a great time. They even traded and shared later so that everyone got one of each toy, etc..
Rowan and "Peanut" (Kendal) who is almost 4 and about the same size as Rowan.. We joke that I am now going to give all my hand me downs to Erin instead of Kristie..

Rowan was an Easter Egg hunting champ. Man the kid knew exactly what to do and was all over it.. the whole time saying "EYE-G, EYE- G"

Elliot- a little more standoff-ish, has to watch with her fingers in her mouth for a little while before she will do anything new or different. She figured it out though..

Noah, who later informed me that Easter is one of his favorite days because you get so much candy- didn't like to be weighed down by his basket.. we had to eventually get him another container for his eggs..

Easter Day

Actual Easter Day in St. George. Here is the family before church in Karen and Jerry's backyard. Liam looks like a lump- but he did have his big boy clothes on.. Right after the Easter egg hunt in California, I loaded up the kids, drove home, picked up Colin and Kristie and Taylor, and we drove to St. George.. We got there kind of late, but the kids had a great time and we had nice dinner and got to see Great-grandma Elaine and her boyfriend.

I loved Uncle Easter Bunny- those ears were hilarious! I am also glad to see the Grandpa Price Easter Egg hunt tradition continue through your family. I think of that every year and miss it! Thanks for all the cute pics too.
