Body Step Training Module.....

Okay- so this last weekend I spent 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday learning the basics of teaching Body Step.. Before you get all excited, lets just say, the endurance and strength were there, the technique and  choreography were a bit trickier to learn- especially when a step brought home from the gym is so much fun for your kids to play on.... The instructor called at 8:30 to see if I had any questions, and I said (over Liam crying) that I hadn't had a chance to work on it yet... since I was feeding, bathing, and putting kids to bed in the 3 hours since I got home... This is definitely easier for those who can make it their only focus.. My Hat is OFF to all those who can learn all the new stuff, have the energy to practice it with the enthusiasm it requires, and not totally ignore their children in the process! Not sure if I can do it right now.

So, anyway, on Sunday morning Colin got up, got the kids ready (since I left at about 7:15, after going to bed at 1:30...), and was all ready to take them to church... and the car wouldn't start. The Battery was TOTALLY dead! After he called for the 3rd time, and after my set of 10 pushups for not turning my cell phone off- and yelling "Body Step!" each rep.. I went out to the hall and talked to him- which is why some of you got some texts from me in the middle of church- Colin was supposed to teach... Instead he ended up having a great daddy/kid day in the backyard, and I learned that I have a lot of work to do if I want to be and instructor....  I love that he takes pictures of his handy work to make sure that I know he really DID try to take them to church by himself.... :)

Wow-good luck with all of that. That sounds cool. I would come to your class if I was there! The kids all look so cute on Easter. I don't know how you do all of it!

Proof of his hard work is so smart. Good luck, I wouldn't dare take on what you have. You are amazing!
