I had to make yet ANOTHER call to poison control while at my moms. I got out of the shower to find Rowan putting sleeping pills BACK in the bottle!! "I keen up!" she said!! I said- did you EAT ANY?? and she shook her head and said, "No, YUCKY!!" Now- if Rowan doesn't like something she will just spit it out, no problem with etiquette there... so I really didn't think she ate more than one.. however; I didn't know what one could do to her- so I called. They said 4 or 5 were a problem...but we couldn't account for 4.. So being the terrible mother I am- I waited and watched her. When poison control called back later, my mom said "she is currently jumping off the couch.." He said, "she is fine then- she would be comatose or at least sleepy by now.." Now- if I thought she had actually eaten 4 I would have taken her to ER..but I was pretty confident that she SPIT OUT one- and then probably put it back in the bottle... nice. Last year at the Lake house I had to call poison control because she was crawling around with a block of mouse poison and it looked like she had some on her face... again she was fine but I was WAY MORE FREAKED out about that one... with the possible internal hemorrhaging and all.... But it is official, she is THAT KID.

K, SCARY! Yikes. Glad she's ok. Your beach trip looks just heavenly. I'm in love with O.C. now, thanks to you. :) Oh, and I'm totally impressed by Noah's skills. Mrs. Maxwell might actually adore him...
love that ro ro! and i have five or six beds that need to be made right now so you can send noah over and i'll pay him. i wish we lived across the street from each other on a daily basis. can you imagine how much easier life would be?

Awhile back Vance came to me gagging with a bottle of purell. I panicked too, and we called poison control but he acted like it was soo gross I figured he couldn't have gotten much. Have you heard about kids getting really sick on that? They don't even have it readily available at the gym day care.
Oh and a few weeks ago, he brought me a tube of hair color, making that same gagging sound, he bit right into the side.

That stuff scares the pants off me. Seriously! The things I have pulled out of Brookie's mouth I had NO idea she even had...or where she found them. Good thing I caught her in the act...or we would have been calling 911 a day late and a dollar short! Aah! These babies! Ro-Ro is so cute. I am cracking up, however, that you grabbed the camera (most likely still sans clothing) and took her picture. Was this before or after the call to poison control? Kidding...he he. True blogger! Love it.
